Experts agree that Department of Labor has taken notice of the hotel industry.

San Bernardino, CA – A Days Inn franchisee is expected to pay $123,678 after Department of Labor found non-compliance issues.

Daniel Pasquil, director of the Wage and Hour Division’s West Covina District Office, explains that “we encourage other hotel and motel employers to learn from this case, review their own practices and make diligent efforts to comply in the future with federal employment laws.”
