Labor laws maintain that compliance audits are the employer’s responsibility.

What Housekeeping Staffing auditing methods have you instituted?

We have found that many competitive cleaning contractor employees are working with fraudulent procedures that violate labor law violations and avoid taxes. CSG revised its Housekeeping Staffing programs after observing labor law compliance issues at the forefront of the hospitality cleaning services industry.

Even well run companies can fall into the trap of non-compliance. Consider your Housekeeping Staffing Employer Verification Practices. Are you in compliance?

  • Check the manufacturer’s materials for specific product needs when cleaning.
  • You can use Vinegar but don’t get it in metal or brass pieces of your fixture.
  • Metal elements need a special polish specific to the type of metal of the fixture.
  • You need to dust the whole before washing.
  • Work from the inside out to put chandelier back together.

At this busy time of year, we would be glad to provide chandelier-cleaning service to you. CSG polishes all pieces and can clean your chandeliers on site serving Los Angeles, Orange County & other southern California cities.

Join CSG to help prevent Human Trafficking!

CSG Labor Laws Compliance programs recognize the importance of promoting human rights enforcement in the housekeeping staffing industry.

We complied US labor data and reputation expert research to show that companies must assess immigration and labor law compliance to address the new “climate” of enforcement.   More than that, companies need to understand that compliance programs assure human rights and help to take a stand against the underground economy that contributes to human trafficking.

Human trafficking can be “hidden in plain sight”. Victims are often afraid to ask for help and do not know where to find assistance.

Join us in promoting the National Human Trafficking Resource Center. If you or someone you know is being forced to engage in any activity and cannot leave, encourage them to contact these resources.

The Division of Labor Standards Enforcement (DLSE) with the Employment Development Department (EDD) presents classes for labor laws and payroll tax compliance.

Learn more about the differences between an employee and an independent contractor. Classes are free so reservations are recommended. See the list of course from EDD here.
